The construction and furnishing of the modern two-storey dormitory Complex at OGSS which commenced on February 4th, 2019, was completed on February 14th, 2022. This dormitory which accommodates 168 boarders in 4 identical units, is fitted with contemporary state of the art bathroom conveniences, wardrobes, fans, fire extinguishers, good lighting, and cross ventilation. It is fully furnished with 84 bunkbeds, 168 high quality mattresses and pillows, 32 orbit fans, fire extinguishers etc.
On February 22nd, 2022, AOGSSA USA gave the approval for the students to occupy the building. The All-Saints Dormitory was formally commissioned by the Archbishop Emeritus Anthony JV Obinna, on Tuesday May 31st 2022.
